Media & Speaking

My work in the areas of coercive control, high‑demand groups, and multi‑level marketing culture has led to invitations to speak on podcasts, panels, and even at the annual MLM Conference at the Office of the Attorney General in Washington, DC! I am committed to public education that helps people understand the psychological, relational, and systemic dynamics that shape their experiences in high‑pressure environments. It is my belief that we cannot avoid exploitation unless we know what we are looking at.

My advocacy work is distinct from my clinical practice as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I do not discuss client experiences in media settings, and my public commentary is not a substitute for therapy. My advocacy work is meant to reflect my passion for helping people make sense of belonging, identity, and influence within late-stage capitalism.

I welcome opportunities to collaborate with journalists, podcasters, researchers, and organizations seeking informed, empathetic perspectives on coercive control, MLM culture, undue influence, and recovery from high-control groups.

Speaking Topics

I am available for interviews, panels, and presentations on:

  • How motherhood is weaponized in wellness and multi-levelmarketing

  • Identity, belonging, and meaning-making

  • Recovery from manipulative or exploitative systems

  • The social psychology of recruitment, retention, and exiting from a high-control group
