Media and Speaking
I bring a candid, psychologically informed, and often humorous perspective to conversations about coercive control, commercial cults, MLM culture, and recovery from high-control groups.
I am committed to public education that helps people understand the psychological, relational, and systemic dynamics that shape their experiences in high‑pressure environments. It is my belief that we cannot avoid exploitation unless we know what we are looking at.
My advocacy work is distinct from my clinical practice as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I do not discuss client experiences in media settings, and my public commentary is not a substitute for therapy. My advocacy work is meant to reflect my passion for helping people make sense of belonging, identity, and influence within exploitative systems.
I am available for interviews, panels, and presentations on:
Commercial cult culture and high-demand systems
The intersection of neurodivergence within high-control environments
How motherhood is weaponized in wellness and multi-levelmarketing
Identity, belonging, and meaning-making
Recovery from manipulative or exploitative systems
The social psychology of recruitment, retention, and exiting from a high-control group
