Working With Me
What type of therapy do you offer?
1
I provide 50-minute individual psychotherapy sessions. My approach is psychodynamic and integrates relational and parts-informed perspectives with an emphasis on collaboration and consent. In practice, this means we explore not only what you’re experiencing now, but the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may have shaped how you respond to yourself and others.
Who do you work with?
2
I work with adults navigating life stage challenges, parenting, trauma recovery, high-demand systems, neurodivergence, identity transitions and patterns that no longer feel sustainable, such as chronic people-pleasing. If you are unsure whether we might be a good fit, I provide free 50-minute consultations so we can talk through what you’re looking for, and you can make an informed choice.
Do you offer online or in person therapy?
3
I offer online appointments for adults in Ontario, Canada.
Are your sessions covered by insurance?
4
Many extended health insurance plans cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), but coverage varies by plan. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.
My clinical practice and my advocacy work are intentionally separate. Therapy is client-centred and confidential, and clients are never expected or encouraged to engage with my advocacy content. I do not follow or interact with my clients on social media, helping maintain clear therapeutic boundaries and protect client privacy.
How do you maintain boundaries between therapy and advocacy work?

What is your cancellation policy?
6
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at your regular session rate. This helps maintain consistency and protects the time reserved for your care.
The frequency of sessions depends on your needs, goals, and availability. Some clients meet weekly, while others meet more or less frequently. We can discuss a rhythm that supports the work and feels sustainable for you.
